Appliance Delivery FAQs
We always try to give our customers the best buying experience possible. Take a look at our delivery and installation FAQs to see how we achieve this.
- I’m buying an appliance, will I be charged for delivery?
Answer: - It depends where you live. We provide free local delivery, but if you live outside our free delivery area there will be a small charge. If you live at one of the following postal addresses you’ll be eligible for free delivery: FY1, FY2, FY3, FY4, FY5, FY6, FY7, FY8, PR4.
- I live outside the free delivery area, will you still deliver my new appliance?
Answer: - Yes, although you will have to pay a small charge.
- Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?
Answer: - Yes, we’ll arrange delivery around you. Pick a convenient date and time. We don’t charge extra for a specific delivery slot.
- I want to buy one of your built-in home appliances, can you install this for me?
Answer: - Yes, we install built-in appliances on request. There will be small a fitting charge, please contact our team for more information.
- When you deliver my new appliance will you take the packaging away?
Answer: - Yes, we’ll unpack your appliance and take away all the packaging free of charge. This is an optional service – if you’d rather unpack the product yourself, feel free
- Will you remove my old appliance?
Answer: - Yes, and at no extra charge. We’re an environmentally responsible business, so we’re happy to take away your old appliance and recycle it.
- I live upstairs, will this be a problem?
Answer: - Not a problem, we can deliver all of our appliances to upstairs rooms, if there is no lift there may be a small charge.
- Do you install gas appliances?
Answer: - No, However we deal with gas fitters who can fit the appliance for you. We can arrange for you for them to come out and fit the appliance at the same time we drop of the new one. Costs can vary please enquiry at time of purchase.
- Do you have the appliance I want in-stock?
Answer: - On each appliance it will say in-stock or out of stock, if we have it in-stock in our warehouse it will be ready for immediate delivery, if it says in-stock but below 3-7 days then this will be in-stock but coming from our central warehouse where we get deliveries twice a week. (We stock in our warehouse hundreds of appliance ready for immediate delivery more than we can display in-store).
Spare Part Delivery
- I’m buying a spare part, where do you deliver to?
Answer: - We ship our spare parts all over the world.
- How long after ordering will I receive my part?
Answer: - All of our parts are sent out via our standard delivery service using Royal Mail 1st class post. So it’s hard to give an exact delivery date.
We ship out all orders on the day of purchase whenever possible. If you’re in the UK you should receive your order within 1-3 days. However, this may not always be the case.
